Last night I dreamt of the perfect condo for me and my dog. It was ground level, with a fenced�yard and a large�covered patio. The outdoor�space was great when I wanted to BBQ or just sit outside and watch my puppy run around. The location of this condo was perfect for my lifestyle too. I can�walk out my back door to the trails of Roche Point Park and being so close to the water meant I can launch my paddleboard�in just a few minutes and when I was done, store it away safely in my oversized storage locker. The dream continued. I looked out from the desk of my home office, on to nature�as�I prepared for work the�next day; grateful to be living in such a peaceful place. Sipping my coffee, I was contemplating�if I should keep�my�2nd parking stall for guests or rent it out. What would you do?
